Responsibilities
  • Create and manage engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
  • Engage with followers and build a strong online community by fostering meaningful interactions and promoting user-generated content.
Qualifications

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as a social media management or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each. • Proficiency in social media tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to write keyword-rich content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Semrush.
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to create visually appealing social media content.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
