  • Strategic planning: Developing and implementing business plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Financial management: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team management: Leading and managing teams, including setting goals, performance evaluation, and development.
  • Operations management: Streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring effective use of resources.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as a business manager or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of operations, their algorithms, and best practices for each.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
